The Effect of Command Training Methods, Exploration and Motivation Training Methods on the Smash Ability Results of Junior Sepak Takraw Athletes

The problem in this study is the low ability of junior sepak takraw smash. This aims to determine Effect Command Training Methods, Exploration and Motivation Methods on Smash Ability Results Junior Sepak Takraw Athletes Sijunjung Regency. was conducted using a 2 x factorial redesign. method exercise motivation as factor variable, while smash variable bound. population all athletes assisted by PSTI sijunjung district. sample Regency with 24 people male female genders. collection used total sampling technique. capability data carried out testing smash, namely smashing 20 times predetermined target. physical fitness obtained were further analyzed inferential statistics two-way ANOVA (two way ANOVA).
